Most often people will search keywords like “Gift for wife” rather than “Gift Basket for wife“, by setting up your product name relevant to what people will search could increase your changes of landing your page in first page of given search keyword.

Products Meta Information
Magento deliver meta information section for each of your products, that can be use to optimize the product for search engines.Make sure to give your full attention to these fields and use these fields efficiently.
I’ll use our Gift for wife example to explain each field
Meta Title
Meta title is used by many search engines to display your item in their result title.Use about 60 characters or less to describe your product. But make sure to use your keyword “Gift for wife” inside the title, and use maximum meaningful characters as you can.
For example – “Gift for wife SPA Collection Best Gift for wife in New Zealand”
In this example I’ve use the keyword Gift for wife twice. Do not write your keyword as repeat but use it smart.
Meta Keyword
Todays search engines are not focus on Meta Keywords anymore. You can use this field as what your focus keyword for this page or product. In our example it’s Gift for wife
Meta Description
Use about 120 characters or less to describe your product. But make sure to use your key word “Gift for wife” inside this, and use maximum characters as you can.
For example – “Gift for wife – SPA Collection has it all! A gorgeuse New Zealand Chocolate, Sparkling wine and spa products for your wife and selection of goodies”
In this example I’ve use the keyword Gift for wife once in the description. Use you focus keyword twice if you can but do not repeat the focus keyword.
